Rather than wait until early season, Stripling mentioned he will make his decision by August 1st if not sooner. Stripling’s quickness and athleticism give him great attributes to pressue the QB or drop back in coverage when needed. He will be a great speed rush on the weak side but will need to gain some weight to go against those bigger college offensive linemen.
“Ken is working on me and he is pressuring me to go with him to Georgia and that would be great, but I am going to make my own decision,” said the 6-foot-6, 210 pound rush end. “Him committing to Georgia is great, but Georgia and Florida are still neck and neck for me. I am going to pick one of those schools for sure, but I am not sure which one yet.”
So Georgia has Ken Malcome on their side helping to put the pressure on Stripling to follow suit but he hasn’t made a decision yet.
