The No. 6 Florida soccer team lost 2-1 in double overtime to Indiana on Friday at Armstrong Stadium.

The teams came into the match undefeated and the Hoosiers hadn’t given up a goal in the 2009 campaign.

The first goal of the match came off an IU free kick in the 58th minute. Chloe McKay took the 35-yard kick and sent the ball into the box where Devon Beach headed it in from 10 yards for her second goal of the season.

The match was tied in the 62nd minute off an IU (4-0) own goal. Florida’s Angela Napolitano centered the ball from deep in the Hoosier half. IU defender Kerri Krawczak tried to clear the ball, but it went back toward the IU goal. Hoosier goalkeeper Lindsay Campbell tried to catch the ball, but it …
