Florida remains the top interest for Christian Green.  However, FSU and Georgia still remain on the young man’s itinerary for visiting in the next 6 months.  The bigger threat of the town probably being FSU due to family attending FSU in the past.

“Right now, Florida’s still on top,” Green said. “I’ve got to go around to a couple more camps and then I’ll make my decision by the end of the summer.”

Though his High School position is taking snaps it looks like Florida is likely to recruit Green as a receiver taking few snaps as QB for the option type running plays that Tebow was utilized when Leak was still here.

Van was originally a part the 2009 recruiting class and played high school ball at Helix High in La Mesa, Cali., as a running back and defensive back. He finished his senior year with 1,237 yards and 10 touchdowns off 139 carries.

Van told Rivals.com that an injury during the spring semester of his junior year caused him to pull out of school, and put him behind academically. Instead of going the junior college route, Van opted to go to prep school instead.

The opportunity to play (at Florida).
